		<description>Your comment about reducing the the veg and spices to a burnt paste made me think of the classic Indian technique of frying the spices at the beginning of most recipes to get the most flavor out of them before adding the wet ingredients. Good.

I have had an MR prepared K-Paul meatloaf, and I have made the recipe myself, and I can second every drippy tingly palate-pinching adjective MR has used to describe this dish. Once you make it, it WILL make your permanent recipe rotation.</description>
